TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I reserve the right to deny your commission request for any reason. Breaking my terms and conditions may result in the termination of my services. Minimum deposits are non-refundable if work has begun.

What I WILL NOT draw▫ Themes of bigotry and hate, such as homophobia and racism
▫ Cultural appropriation (ie "tribal aesthetic" on characters that are not authentically indigenous designs)
▫ Excessive gore beyond standard fantasy violence
▫ Suggestive content of minors or non-canon "aged-up" characters for suggestive purposes
▫ Suggestive content of media intended for minors (ie MLP, Scooby-Doo, etc)
▫ Step-sibling/parent romance

AI POLICYI do not and will not ever use ai in my artistic process
I will not work for genai content users. If ai is used in your workflow (included but not limited to writing, editing, graphic design, etc) this will void our contract and a refund will be issued and commercial rights revoked
----------------▫ Commissions above $300 require a minimum 50% deposit, with full payment required before delivery of full resolution final product▫ Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed▫ If your commission is intended for commercial or promotional use, a commercial fee will be added to the total price if the commission is intended for commercial and/or promotional purposes. The price range is and additional 25%-50% of the base price. Copyright transfers are typically 100-150% of the base price.
